실험 절차

(2R, 3RS)-2-(Biphenyl-4-yloxy)-5-pyridin-3-yl-pent-4-yn-3-ol (4.86 g, Example 1c) was dissolved in ethyl acetate (100 ml) and hydrogenated at 5 atmospheres using 10% palladium on charcoal (0.5 g) as catalyst. The mixture was filtered through celite® and the filtrate concentrated under reduced pressure to give the title compounds (3.95 g)
