실험 절차

To a stirred solution of 1-(2-fluoro-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-ethanone (2.56 g, 16.6 mmol) in dioxane (4 ml) was added a solution of bromine (2.70 g, 16.9 mmol) in dioxane (15 ml) dropwise, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The volatile was evaporated in vacuo, and the residue was used for next reaction without further purification. (2.4 g, 62% yield).
