실험 절차

To a solution of 3-iodo-5-methoxy-4-methoxymethoxybenzoic acid methyl ester (700 mg) in THF (7 mL) were added tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (115 mg) and 2M dimethylzinc/THF solution (1.20 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 30 minutes. The reaction solution was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with 1N hydrochloric acid, water, and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound (767 mg) as a crude purified product of pale yellow oil.
