This compound was prepared by using procedures analogous to those described for the synthesis of Example 41 starting from dimethylamine (2.0 M solution in THF), (S)-2-(7-(2-amino-6-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)pyrimidin-4-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-2-carboxamido)-3-phenylpropanoic acid, triethylamine, and benzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate. Analytic LCMS (M+H)+: m/z=543.2.
