실험 절차

The title compound was prepared from (3-amino-2′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester [CAS-No. 335255-65-7] (227 mg, 0.75 mmol) and 3-[3-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionic acid tert-butyl ester (Example K4) (234 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to the general procedure M. Obtained as a yellow solid (347 mg).
