실험 절차

The title compound was prepared from (2-amino-5-methyl-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example J20) (218 mg, 0.75 mmol) and 3-[3-(6-isopropyl-pyridin-3-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionic acid tert-butyl ester (Example K22) (255 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to the general procedure M. Obtained as an off-white solid (197 mg, 47%).
