실험 절차

Maleic acid (36.1 mg) was added to a mixture of 6-(1-((2-cyclopropyl-5-ethoxy-2′,4′-difluorobiphenyl-4-yl)methyl)piperidin-4-yl)-5-oxo-2-propyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,6-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid (125 mg) in ethanol (10 mL). The suspension was filtered and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was crystallized from ethyl acetate-hexane to give the title compound (100 mg).
