실험 절차

A solution of 2 (1.6 g, 10 mmol) in toluene (50 ml) was treated with ethyl diazoacetate (1.7 g, 15 mmol) and stirred at reflux overnight. The mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by gradient elution on silica gel (0 to 10% EtOAc in hexanes) to afford the title compound as a pale yellow oil. LRMS m/z (M+H) 246.2 found, 246.2 required.
