1-butyl-4-(1,3-dimethyl-1H-indol-2-yl)-N,N-dimethyl-4-(3-methyl-1H-indol-2-yl)cyclohexylamine (97 mg, 0.213 mmol) was dissolved in cyclohexane (10 ml). The solution was mixed with chlorotrimethyl silane (40 μl, 0.313 mmol) at 24° C. The clear reaction mixture immediately became cloudy. The mixture was stirred for 30 min at 24° C. The white precipitate was aspirated. The solid was washed with cyclohexane (3×0.5 ml) and then dried. The hydrochloride (95 mg, 91%, melting point 183-187° C.) was obtained as a white solid.
