50 mg (0.12 mmol) of 7-(3-aminophenyl)-N-[(3R)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl]-1-benzothiophene-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (Example 21) and 31.8 mg (0.24 mmol) of isoxazole-5-carbonyl chloride are reacted together by general method F. 44.4 mg (72.6% of theory) of the title compound are obtained.
