50 mg (0.12 mmol) of 7-(3-aminophenyl)-N-[(3R)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl]-1-benzothiophene-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (Example 21) and 32 mg (0.24 mmol) of cyclopentylcarbonyl chloride are reacted together by general method F. 30.5 mg (52.8% of theory) of the title compound are obtained.
