Reaction Steps
Chloromethyl [4-({[2-[(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino]-5-(2-thienyl)phenyl]amino}carbonyl)benzyl]carbamate (0.96 g, 1.860 mmol) and trimethyl phosphite (1 ml, 8.48 mmol) were combined in a microwave vial. The vial was capped and the reaction was allowed to heat for 3.5 hours at 100° C. The reaction was cooled and diluted with dichloromethane. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with EtOAc/hexane. MS: calc'd 490 (MH+-Boc), exp 490 (MH+-Boc).
