Reaction Steps
To a solution of 310 mg of the product obtained in example 2 in 3 ml of methanol, 54 mg of sodium borohydrure at 97% is added at 0-5° C., stirred for 1 hour at this temperature, salt water is added, it is drawn off, washed, dried and evaporated under reduced pressure until 320 mg of raw product is obtained that is purified by chromatography by eluting with the compound CH2Cl2/MeOH/NH4OH 90/10/1. 217 mg of pure expected product is obtained.
