Reaction Steps

To a solution of the product of step 2 (419 mg, 1.3 mmol) in CHCl3 (1 mL) was added a solution of POCL3 in DMF (0.39 mL, 3.6 mM) at 0° C. The mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 1.5 h. The reaction mixture was partionned between EtOAc and H2O. The organic phase was separated, dried over NaSO4, filtered and evaporated under reduced pressure. The title compound was obtained after flash chromatography (338 mg, 77%).
