Compound No. 35 was prepared by a method similar to that described in Stage 1.4 by reacting 0.4 g (1.18 mmol) of 5-fluoro-6-(N,N-dimethylamino)-3-aminopyridine (WO2004/110986), with 0.4 g (0.18 mmol) of 5-trifluoromethyl-1-[(3-fluorophenyl)methyl]-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid obtained in Stage 1.3. We thus obtain 0.33 g of the expected product in the form of a solid.
