The title compound is prepared as an off-white viscous oil following Scheme 2 and in analogy to Example 28 using 6-methoxy-[1,5]naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid and trans-4-[2-(thiophen-2-ylsulfanyl)-ethylamino]-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid methyl ester as starting materials.
