2-(2-Fluoro-3-{4-[2-(3-methoxyazetidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl]piperazin-1-yl}benzyl)-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione (135 mg) was suspended in EtOH (3 ml), and hydrazine hydrate (67 mg) was added thereto, followed by stirring at 80° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (28% aqueous ammonia/MeOH/CHCl3) to obtain 1-(2-fluoro-3-{4-[2-(3-methoxyazetidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl]piperazin-1-yl}phenyl)methan amine (100 mg).
