A mixture of 112f (130 mg, 0.20 mmol) and NaBH4 (20 mg, 0.5 mmol) in MeOH (5 mL) was stirred at 0° C. for 0.5 h. The mixture was quenched with water and extracted with EtOAc (5 mL×2). The combined EtOAc extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified with reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 112 (48 mg, 34%). LCMS: [M+H]+: 637. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.58 (s, 1H), 8.48 (s, 1H), 8.45 (s, 1H), 8.39 (s, 1H), 7.86 (d, J=2.4, 1H), 7.37-7.36 (m, 2H), 7.23-7.21 (m, 1H), 6.02 (s, 1H), 5.02 (s, 1H), 4.54 (t, J=6.5, 2H), 4.45 (t, J=5.5, 2H), 4.36-4.35 (m, 2H), 4.00-3.79 (m, 4H), 3.59 (s, 3H), 3.43-3.41 (m, 1H), 3.07-2.96 (m, 6H), 2.70 (t, J=6.0, 2H), 2.39-2.38 (m, 4H), 1.92-1.90 (m, 2H), 1.75-1.73 (m, 2H).
