A sealed tube was charged with 126a (100 mg, 0.27 mmol), 1-methyl-3-(5-(4-(oxetan-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl)pyridin-2-ylamino)-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one 101l (125 mg, 0.27 mmol), PdCl2(dppf) (18 mg, 0.02 mmol), K3PO4 (30 mg), and NaOAc (20 mg) in CH3CN (5 mL) and H2O (1 mL). The system was evacuated and refilled with N2. The reaction mixture was heated at 100° C. for 2 h, and then cooled to room temperature. It was then filtered and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography eluting with 10:1 of DCM/MeOH to afford 126b (80 mg, 48%) as a yellow solid. MS: [M+H]+ 633.
