To a suspension of 166a (250 mg, 0.41 mmol) in methanol (20 mL) was added sodium borohydride (47 mg, 1.23 mmol) at 0° C. The mixture was stirred for 30 minutes. It was then quenched with water (2 mL) and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 166 (20 mg, 6.6%). MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 615.6. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.46 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.94 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 7.66 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.43 (s, 1H), 7.34 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 5.75 (s, 1H), 4.95 (t, J=6.5 Hz, 1H), 4.76-4.74 (m, 2H), 4.69-4.65-4.67 (m, 3H), 4.46-4.44 (m, 1H), 4.35-4.33 (m, 1H), 4.10-4.08 (m, 4H), 3.38-3.35 (m, 2H), 3.69 (s, 3H), 3.58-3.56 (m, 2H), 2.84-2.82 (m, 2H), 2.58-2.53 (m, 4H), 1.89-1.84 (m, 2H), 1.77-1.76 (m, 2H).
