To a solution of 186c (118 mg, 0.23 mmol) in methanol (15 mL) was added NaBH4 (27 mg, 0.70 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 20° C. for 2 h. The reaction was quenched with water and evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 186 (33 mg, 28%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 516.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.78 (s, 1H), 8.54 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.39-8.37 (m, 2H), 8.06-8.04 (m, 2H), 7.76 (s, 1H), 7.59 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 4.97 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 4.68-4.65 (m, 1H), 4.51-4.47 (m, 1H), 4.25-4.19 (m, 2H), 4.10-4.05 (m, 1H), 3.91-3.88 (m, 1H), 3.58 (s, 3H), 2.66-2.60 (m, 1H), 2.57-2.53 (m, 1H), 2.44-2.42 (m, 2H), 1.82-1.75 (m, 2H), 1.71-1.67 (m, 2H).
