A mixture of 200c (1.0 g, 2.3 mmol) and 4 M HCl/dioxane (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 4 h. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was basified with aqueous sodium hydroxide and extracted with dichloromethane. The combined organic layer was washed with water and brine, dried over Na2SO4, and concentrated under reduced pressure to afford 200d (650 mg, 84%) as a yellow solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 363.0
