To a solution of 202a (180 mg, 0.33 mmol) in methanol (25 mL) was added NaBH4 (37 mg, 0.99 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 20° C. for 2 h and quenched with water. It was then evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 202 (120 mg, 66%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 554.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.53 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.25 (s, 1H), 8.19 (s, 1H), 8.07 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.61 (s, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.43 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 5.89 (s, 1H), 4.65 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 4.34-4.32 (m, 2H), 4.26-4.20 (m, 2H), 3.93-3.91 (m, 2H), 3.58 (s, 3H), 3.49 (s, 2H), 3.06-3.04 (m, 2H), 2.79-2.77 (m, 2H), 2.35 (s, 3H), 2.04-1.96 (m, 2H), 1.93-1.86 (m, 2H).
