To the solution of 241a (54.0 mg, 0.095 mmol) in methanol (5 mL) was added sodium borohydride (28.9 mg, 0.76 mmol) at 0° C. The reaction was stirred at 0-25° C. for 1.5 h. It was then quenched with water (5 mL). The mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was extracted with dichloromethane (3×30 mL). The combined dichloromethane extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 241 (8.0 mg, 15%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 573.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.47 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.21 (s, 1H), 8.06 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.31 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 5.88 (s, 1H), 4.87-4.85 (m, 1H), 4.44-4.35 (m, 2H), 4.13-4.08 (m, 1H), 3.92-3.89 (m, 3H), 3.79-3.76 (m, 2H), 3.58 (s, 3H), 3.49 (s, 2H), 2.99-2.94 (m, 2H), 2.79-2.77 (m, 2H), 2.66-2.64 (m, 2H), 2.35 (s, 3H), 1.90-1.78 (m, 2H), 1.75-1.73 (m, 2H).
