Prepared according to the method of Example 23 using 3-{[(4-fluorophenyl)sulfonyl]methyl}azetidine hydrochloride (Example 1 Step 4) and 6-chloro-1-benzothiophene-3-carbaldehyde. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.92–7.88 (2H, m), 7.81 (1H, d, J=1.8 Hz), 7.72 (1H, d, J=8.5 Hz), 7.32 (1H, dd, J=1.9, 8.6 Hz), 7.26–7.22 (2H, m), 7.19 (1H, s), 3.73 (2H, s), 3.44 (2H, t, J=7.5 Hz), 3.37 (2H, d, J=7.3 Hz), 2.92 (2H, t, J=7.1 Hz), 2.87–2.80 (1H, m). m/z (ES+) 394 (M+H)+.
