Procedure

Using tert-butyl (7R)-7-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-7-(hydroxymethyl)-1,4-oxazepane-4-carboxylate and (2-bromoethoxy)(tert-butyl)dimethylsilane, and by a method similar to that of Example 363, step B and Example 39, step B, the title compound was obtained.
