The title compound was synthesized analogous to Example 1, using 4-isocyanato-1,2-dimethylbenzene and intermediate 1. Yield: 82%; 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz): δ 8.97 (d, 1H), 8.89 (s, 1H), 8.56 (s, 1H), 7.79 (s, 1H), 7.77 (d, 2H), 7.61 (d, 2H), 7.24 (dd, 1H), 7.19 (dd, 1H), 7.04 (d, 1H), 4.3, (m, 1H), 3.68 (s, 3H), 2.28 (m, 1H), 2.19 (s, 3H), 2.15 (s, 3H), 0.95 (d, 6H); MS (ES+): m/z 465 (M+1).
