Reaction Steps
Following the procedure of Example 5(c) 2,6-bis(4-Cyano phenoxy)-nicotinic acid 0.335 g (0.94 mmol) and (3-amino-propyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (0.163 g, 0.94 mmol) were used to afford 0.3 g of the required product. Percentage purity (LCMS): 78.7%, (M+1)=513.5+1.
