[4-(2,4-Dihydroxy benzoylamino)cyclohexyl]carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (0.85 g, 2.42 mmol) and 3-bromomethyl-benzonitrile (1.89 g, 9.68 mmol) and other reagents as described in Example 75(a) were used to afford 0.75 g of the required product. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 1.4 (9H, s), 1.75 (4H, m), 3.15 (1H, m), 3.65 (2H, m), 4.55 (1H, m), 5.25 (4H, s), 6.72 (2H, m), 6.9 (1H, s), 7.7 (6H, m), 7.85 (4H, m), 7.94 (1H, s), 8.04 (1H, s).
