Procedure

To a solution of 112e (3.0 g, 8.37 mmol) in EtOH (100 ml) was added Pd/C (0.5 g) in MeOH (30 ml). The reaction mixture was hydrogenated at atmospheric hydrogen at 50° C. for overnight. Then, the catalyst was filtered off, washed with ethanol, and the solvent was evaporated to give 112f as a colorless solid (2.0 g, 90%) MS: [M+H]+: 268
