The title compound was prepared by reacting (S)—N-[3-{4-[4-dicyanomethylidene piperidin-1-yl]-3-fluorophenyl}-2-oxo-1,3-oxazolidin-5-ylmethyl]-acetamide (1.0 mmol, Example C), trimethyloxosulphonium iodide (1.3 mmol), potassium tert-butoxide (1.3 mmol) in dimethylsulfoxide (10 ml) at a temperature 25° C. for 14 hours in 57% yield.
