In the same manner as in Example 21, step 5 and using 7-(2,5-dimethylphenylamino)-3-ethoxycarbonylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylic acid (150 mg, 0.42 mmol) obtained in Example 88, step 2 and 4-cyclohexylpiperidine (U.S. Pat. No. 4,308,382, 120 mg, 0.72 mmol), the title compound (211 mg, 99%) was obtained.
