Reaction Steps
In the same manner as in Example 21, step 5 and using 3-ethoxycarbonyl-7-(4-fluoro-2-methylphenylamino)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylic acid (0.14 g, 0.39 mmol) obtained in Example 139, step 2 and 3,3-dimethyl-3H-spiro[isobenzofuran-1,4′-piperidine] (WO2005/092895, 0.12 g, 0.47 mmol), the title compound (0.17 g, 77%) was obtained.
