Compound 44C was converted to compound 45C, using the methodology described for the conversion of 21A to 22A (see Scheme 3). Yield: 79% (amorphous). LCMS (method A); Rt: 2.17 min, ([M+H]+=286). 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 7.57 (s, 1H), 6.74-6.69 (bs, 1H), 3.40-3.36 (m, 2H), 2.58 (bt, J=7 Hz, 2H), 2.44 (s, 3H), 2.43-2.36 (m, 2H), 1.63-1.55 (m, 2H), 1.48-1.39 (m, 2H), 1.36-1.23 (m, 6H), 0.89 (t, J=7 Hz, 3H).
