Reaction Steps
Following the procedure described in EXAMPLE 379, Step A, 31 mg of 5-[4′-fluoro-5′-isopropyl-2′-methoxy-4-(trifluoromethyl)biphenyl-2-yl]-1-(4-methoxybenzyl)imidazolidin-2-one (INTERMEDIATE 32) and 9 μL of benzyl bromide gave the title compound. Mass spectrum (ESI) 607.5 (M+1).
