Reaction Steps

The amine intermediate from Example 366 (60 mg, 0.16 mmol), K2CO3 (33 mg, 0.24 mmol), and 2-chloro-N-phenylacetamide (26 mg, 0.16 mmol) were suspended in MeOH (2 mL), and stirred for 40 h at room temperature. The crude reaction mixture was purified directly via HP-LC to provide 370 (5 mg, 6% yield) as a solid. LC-MS (M+H=400, obsd.=400).
