The title compound was synthesized according to the procedure described for the preparation of Example 458 using 70 (115 mg, 0.55 mmol) and 3-nitro-benzyl bromide (113 mg, 0.66 mmol) to provide 465 (22 mg, 11% yield) as a white powder. LC-MS (M+H=347, obsd.=347). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ 8.47 (m, 2H), 8.13 (s, 1H), 8.05 (m, 2H), 7.74 (d, J=7.7 , 1H), 7.58 (t, J=7.9, 1H), 7.42 (d, J=2.0, 1H), 7.37 (dd, J=4.7, 7.8, 1H), 6.91 (dd, J=2.0, 8.7, 1H), 6.24 (s, 2H), 5.76 (s, 2H).
