The title compound was synthesized according to the procedure described for the preparation of Example 458 using 70 (162 mg, 0.77 mmol) and 1-(bromo-methyl)-3-chlorobenzene (189 mg, 0.92 mmol) to provide 472 (20 mg, 8% yield) as a white powder. LC-MS (M+H=337, obsd.=337). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ 8.46 (m, 1H), 8.06 (d, J=8.7, 1H), 7.42 (d, J=1.7, 1H), 7.36 (dd, J=4.7, 7.8, 1H), 7.26 (m, 3H), 7.21 (d, J=6.8, 1H), 6.90 (dd, J=2.0, 8.7, 1H), 6.23 (s, 2H), 5.65 (s, 2H).
