3.1 g of 4-[(3,4-dihydro-2-methyl-2H-1-benzopyran-6-yl)ethyloxy]phenyl isocyanate was dissolved into 30 ml of toluene, and 0.9 g of dimethylamine dissolved in 5 ml of toluene was slowly added dropwise thereto at room temperature. After the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours, toluene was distilled off under a reduced pressure and the residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate to obtain 2.7 g of Compound No. 67 shown in Table 4.
