The tert-butyl ester of Example 5 (110 mg, 0.26 mmol) was dissolved in 3 ml of trifluoroacetic acid and the resulting solution was stirred for 2 days at room temperature. Concentration in vacuo gave an oil which was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with 5/91/1 EtOH/CH2Cl2 /HOAc to give the title compound (41 mg, 43%) as a colorless solid. MS calcd C20H17N3O4 363, found 363. DSC=214.2°-229.3° C. @48.7 J/g.
