The tert-butyl ester (230 mg, 0.547 mmol) of Example 25 was dissolved in trifluoroacetic acid (3 ml) and stirred for 20 min at room temperature after which time the reaction was concentrated in vacuo. Resuspension of the residue in CH2Cl2 and filtration gave the title compound (206 mg, 79%) as a colorless solid. Anal calcd for C19H16N4O4.8/10CF3CO2H: C,54.41; H,3.55; N,12.32; F,10.03. Found C,54.52; H,3.76; N,12.45; F,10.35. DSC=130.85°-140.96° C. at 97.64 J/g. MS calc. for C19H16N4O4 364, found 364.
