Reaction Steps
To a suspension of Example 180G in 400 mL of diethyl ether was added 80 mL of HCl/methanol (5/V) at 25° C. The mixture was stirred overnight. The solid formed was collected and dried to obtain the title compound as the hydrochloride salt.
