Reaction Steps
Following the procedure used to prepare {1-[4-(6-fluoro-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-3-yl)-phenyl]-cyclobutyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester, 8-fluoro-3-iodo-2-phenyl-chromen-4-one (55 mg, 0.15 mmol) was reacted to give the title compound (36 mg, 49%). LCMS (Method A): RT=4.91 min, [M+H]+=486.
