Reaction Steps
Following the procedure used to prepare 3-[4-(1-amino-cyclobutyl)-phenyl]-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromene-7-carboxylic acid amide, {1-[4-(7-bromo-6-methoxy-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-3-yl)-phenyl]-cyclobutyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester was reacted to give the title compound as a colourless oil (22 mg, 27%). LCMS (Method B): RT=4.17 min, [M+H]+=541.
