Following the procedure used to prepare {1-[4-(6-cyano-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-3-yl)-phenyl]-cyclobutyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester, {1-[4-(7-bromo-6-methoxy-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-3-yl)-phenyl]-cyclobutyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester was reacted to give the title compound as a white solid (42 mg, 57%). LCMS (Method A): RT=4.84 min, [M+H]+=523.
