Reaction Steps

Following the procedure of (1-{-4-[4-oxo-2-phenyl-7-(2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4H-chromen-3-yl]phenyl}cyclobutyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester, {1-[4-(8-bromo-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-3-yl)-phenyl]-cyclobutyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester was reacted with 3,5-dimethylisoxazole-4-boronic acid to give the title compound (16 mg, 31%). LCMS (Method G): RT=4.34 min, [M+H]+=563.
