Reaction Steps

Following the procedure used to prepare 1-[4-(7,8-diamino-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-3-yl)-phenyl]-cyclobutyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester, {1-[4-(8-methylamino-7-nitro-4-oxo-2-phenyl-4H-chromen-3-yl)-phenyl]-cyclobutyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester was reacted to give the title compound as a yellow oil (95 mg, 89%). LCMS (Method H): RT=3.69 min, [M+H]+=512.
