Compound (45) was prepared in a similar manner to the synthesis of Compound (44) with the following variation: 3-fluoro-4-methylaniline was used instead of 4-chloroaniline at Step d. ESI-MS m/z [M+H]+: 417.1, 1H NMR (400 MHz, Acetone) δ 7.95 (brs, 1H), 7.81 (s, 1H), 7.75 (brs, 1H), 7.64 (s, 1H), 7.47-7.36 (m, 3H), 3.18 (s, 3H), 2.98 (d, J=4.7 Hz, 3H), 2.37 (d, J=1.9 Hz, 3H), 2.26-2.16 (m, 1H), 1.13-1.06 (m, 2H), 0.81-0.74 (m, 2H).
