To a solution of 8-(6-benzyloxy-pyridin-2-yl)-2-(4-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-2,8-diaza-spiro[4.5]decan-1-one (58 mg, 0.12 mmol) in methanol (2 mL) was added palladium (0) (4 mg). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature under an atmospheric pressure of H2 for 4 h and subsequently filtered. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo and the crude residue was purified by flash column chromatography to yield the title compound (11 mg, 23%) as a white solid. MS (ESI): 408.3 (MH+)
