A mixture of 80 mg (0.25 mmol) 6-chloro-2-ethylamino-N-[(3-fluorophenyl)-methyl]-4-methyl-pyridine-3-carboxylic acid amide and 433 mg (5.0 mmol) morpholine was heated in the microwave to 120° C. for 10 h. After cooling to RT, purification of the residue by CC (hexane/EtOAc 2:1) provided 73 mg (0.2 mmol, 78%) 2-Ethylamino-N-[(3-fluorophenyl)-methyl]-4-methyl-6-morpholin-4-yl-pyridine-3-carboxylic acid amide (example 20).
